August rehoming commencing – it’s the Chairman’s weekend!

16 August 2024

With the promise of Fennel’s legendary campfire cooking skills and a pickup truck full of food, 18 anglers are at Llyngwyn seeking to eat magnificently and, of course, catch and rehome as many carp as possible.

We’ve already had reports of 38 pizzas being cooked on Fennel’s wood-fired pizza oven, and more than 20 carp being caught this afternoon.

It’s going to be a big weekend!

It’s about the carp, but the Chairman’s weekend is his opportunity to thank our volunteers for their hard work.

The first night was pizza night. Here’s Peter and Christine Whipp awaiting their supper, as Fennel prepares the toppings.
