As a conservation charity, we are mindful of the delicate balance between leaving our oldest strains of carp undisturbed and knowing that their greatest supporters are often anglers. Therefore, appreciation of these fish – from afar or via rod and line – requires appropriate respect to ensure these special fish are well looked after.
